What is PQ?
Positive Intelligence (PQ) is a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science validated by over a million participants in 50 countries.
PQ is a measure of the strength of positive mental muscles (Sage) versus negative ones (Saboteur).
Saboteurs react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions such as stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt, or worry.
The Sage handles challenges through positive emotions like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action.
The relative strength of the positive Sage versus the negative Saboteurs is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient).
PQ is a measure of mental fitness. It's a predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.

Program Schedule

Practice 15-minutes a Day
Each weekend, you watch a video lesson with New York Times bestselling author and Stanford University Professor, Shirzad Chamine.
From Monday through Friday, you access the PQ Phone App for 15 minutes to strengthen your PQ.
On Thursday or Friday, you join a live video session with a PQ Coach.
Week 1: Self-Command and PQ Reps
Establish a PQ Rep routine that energizes your Sage brain and shifts you from the autopilot mind to Self-Command.
Week 2: Intercept the Judge Saboteur
Experience the negative impact of the Judge through a visualization or contemplation, and develop a practice of catching your Judge and celebrating.
Week 3: Intercept your Accomplice Saboteurs
Explore your top two Saboteurs (or more) and develop a practice of catching your Saboteurs, celebrating, and taking a Saboteur-specific counterstep.
Week 4: Empathize Power
Experience the Empathize Power through visualization or contemplation, using your unique access point to harness this power.
Week 5: Sage Perspective, Explore, Innovate
Use the Sage Perspective, Explore, and Innovate to transform any situation into a gift and an opportunity.
Week 6: Take Clear-Headed, Laser-Focused Action
Learn how to embody the Activate Power to bring ease and flow to your actions.
