Welcome to the website (the “Site”) of Fundraising Leadership, LLC ( “Fundraising Leadership”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). This Site is operated by Fundraising Leadership and has been created to provide information about our company and its content and related services (together with the Site, the “Service(s)”) to our Service visitors (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy sets forth Fundraising Leadership’s policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from visitors to the Site and Services.
Third-Party Payment Processor
We use a third party payment processor to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Personal Data That You Provide Through the Services: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Fundraising Leadership Services or use certain Fundraising Leadership Services. We will keep any information that you provide to us until such time as you delete your account with the Fundraising Leadership Service.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information

Agents, Consultants, and Related Third Parties: Fundraising Leadership, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Exclusions

Children
Fundraising Leadership does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services.
