While this is a self-paced program, we recommend you work through the materials over the course of about a month to six weeks, so that you can apply what you learn.

You will need a PC, Laptop, or Tablet with operating camera, speakers, and microphone to participate by Zoom Video Conferencing. There will NOT be a dial-in option. Please check your equipment in advance and make sure it is working. Also, kindly keep in mind that this is a live online course. There will be NO POWERPOINT :-). We welcome and encourage your active participation. If there are multiple people from your organization attending, please have each person join on his or her own device.
